• Huila, Nieva
• Antioquia, Medellín
• Tolima, Ibague
• Cauca, Popayán

The coffees selected are sophisticated enough for coffee aficionados, bold enough to take on cream and sugar, and interesting enough to appreciate every day. They are roasted medium and are excellent with any brewing method.

Typical characteristics across each origin will be smooth, round bodied, clean, light acidity. Flavor characteristics are predominantly caramel, nutty, and chocolate notes.
